- 4 cups water
- 2 cups white or brown rice
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- Spice blend packet (for flavoring)
- Pinch of Salt
- For every one cup of rice, use two cups of water.
- Add olive oil, salt, and spice blend to water
- Once water is boiling, reduce to simmer, and add rice.
- Cover pot, and cook for twenty minutes. For brown rice, cook for thirty minutes.
- Cook time: 20-30 minutes
- Total time: 20-30 minutes
