Blue Cheese and Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing

Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing Ingredients

  • 2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 8 oz. container of non-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mustard Vinaigrette Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or champagne vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 6 tbsp EVOO
  • salt & pepper to taste

Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing Directions

  1. Combine all in food processor until smooth and creamy and serve over your favorite salad greens or as a dip for carrots.

Mustard Vinaigrette Directions

  1. Whisk together the vinegar and mustard until smooth and then add the EVOO pouring in a stream to incorporate slowly and whisk until smooth.
