Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing Ingredients
- 2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 8 oz. container of non-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Mustard Vinaigrette Ingredients
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or champagne vinegar
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 6 tbsp EVOO
- salt & pepper to taste
Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing Directions
- Combine all in food processor until smooth and creamy and serve over your favorite salad greens or as a dip for carrots.
Mustard Vinaigrette Directions
- Whisk together the vinegar and mustard until smooth and then add the EVOO pouring in a stream to incorporate slowly and whisk until smooth.
