Christopher Blair’s Crab Casserole

Carb Casserole


1/2 lb. Crab
1/2 lb. Shrimp
1 Green pepper
1 cup Celery
1 medium Onion
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 t. Salt
1 T. Worcestershire sauce



Preheat oven to 350.

Chop vegetables. Saute lightly.

Combine all ingredients. Top with bread crumbs, drizzle ••• stick of butter over crumbs.

Bake covered 30 - 45 minutes, until bubbling at edges.

Covering for 1st 1/2 hour will prevent crumbs from burning. Garnish with something fun.
