I am officially in love!  In love with Matt Lee and Ted Lee, two brothers who embody what Heirloom Meals seeks to capture.  As young boys they embraced the wonder of Charleston, SC - from catching blue crabs and shrimp to enjoying oysters and collard greens. As adults they have been beckoned back by their memories and the feelings they had while growing up.  They say that, today, "..whether we're at the stove, out on the water, chatting with an historian, ordering in a newly opened restaurant, -- we are constantly learning, or seeing something from the past in a new light."
