Tessa Edick grew up in upstate New York where her mother believed good food equals a good mind and farm fresh food was the norm.  Imagine growing up picking cucumbers and having milk delivered in glass bottles to your house.  Tessa has reached back to her past and has created her future both in building a business called Sauces ‘n Love which she sold, and now with her new mission, Friends of the Farmer Festival in Copake, NY to celebrate local food and the farmers that make the Hudson Valley community so special.
