Sarah Gray Miller is really a living, breathing poster child for Heirloom Meals as she recognizes the importance of her roots and her food memories as they relate to her work.  Sarah Gray is the Editor-in-Chief of Country Living Magazine, one of my favorite publications.  Sarah Gray grew up in Natchez, Mississippi in the 70's and recounts some pretty hilarious food memories.  My favorite is how she refers to cream of mushroom soup as the duct tape of southern cooking.
