Robin Asbell
Robin grew up in the midwest with a Mom who loved to cook from scratch. SHe has adopted her Mom's love of cooking and zest for understanding foods. Robin is now a personal chef, food writer and author of several books. At 16, Robin became a vegetarian and continues to embrace the vegetarian lifestyle. Her most recent book is Juice It! Energizing Blends for Today's Juicers.
I loved having Robin on the show because she is a wonderful example of taking a passion from childhood and bringing it to fruition. Juicing is just a piece of healthy eating, but an importan one. I foe one have been juicing everyday for 7 months and my skin, stomach and attitude are all the better because of it.
