P.J was born in Wisconsin but moved to New England at the age of five, and boasts that she has lived in all 6 New England States. I met P.J. at the Blog and Bake seminar sponsored by King Arthur Flour. P.J. is the writer of the King Arthur Flour catalog, The King Arthur Flour Baker's Companion: The All-Purpose Baking Cookbook, blog, and now much of their social media.
