Nancy Harmon Jenkins is a writer, traveler, food authority, historian and author of six cookbooks including The Mediterranean Diet Cookbook, Flavors of Tuscany and The New Mediterranean Diet Cookbook. Her nw book, Virgin Territory is due out in January, 2015. It is an exploration of extra virgin olive oil. Nancy also write for Zester Daily.

Nancy is a Mainer but has spent many years abroad where she discovered that the quickest way to learn about a place is through its food.
