Jody is the former Executive Editor of Art Culinaire Magazine. She also cooked in restaurants in the US and Europe including Jean George, Tabla and The Fat Duck in Bray, England.

Jody has written a couple of books - her first one was Come In, We're Closed: An Invitation to Staff at the World's Best Restaurants, and her newest, North, The New Nordic Cuisine of Iceland. Her next journey is to Ireland and she also writes for Zester Daily.
