Jacquie Ottman is a green marketing consultant and has started a website called We Hate To Waste to change the culture around waste and to urge people to use products more mindfully.  Jacquie is also a foodie who has put together a family cookbook called: Family Gatherings - Favorite Recipes from Five Generations.  She is a true poster child for Heirloom Meals.

Jacquie grew up in and around NYC as the daughter of a meat purveyor that supplied meats to restaurants, hotels, and steamships back in the day.  So listen up to hear Jacquie's wonderful story of food and family and to hopefully get inspired to put together your recipe book, just as she has done!
