Francine grew up with her grandmother cooking iconic Sunday dinners with thirteen cousins. It was delicious, fun, and boisterous: a kid’s dream. Never did she imagine that she would one day become a renowned food historian. Francine was a child psychologist who stumbled into food writing in a very serendipitous way.
