Bruce is the executive chef of the Westmoor Club on Nantucket. He grew up in Fitchburg, MA and is of Italian and Irish decent. Bruce’s story is one that makes my heart sing. Bruce sunk his teeth in the culinary world in a butcher shop and then migrated to many wonderful places after culinary school, including the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. (Home of the famed Master's Golf tournament for anyone who isn't golf savvy!)
