Agnes opened The Village TeaRoom Restaurant & Bake Shop in New Paltz, NY as a testament to her culinary history. From Duck Confit to Dingle Pies, the menu pays homage to comfort foods from around the world while using the finest of local ingredients. Agnes is also the author of the beautiful blog, Word of Mouth.
