Yummy Steak Tips

Ingredients

  • 1 large bottle organic gluten-free, low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups diced scallops
  • 2 cups toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame oil

Directions

  1. Toast sesame seeds in skillet over low heat until golden, stirring frequently.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
  4. For a little extra spice add some minced ginger.
  5. Grill meat on a gas or charcoal grill to desired doneness.
  • Prep time: 10 minutes
  • Total time: 8 hour or overnight
