Stuffed Cabbage
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Onions, Chopped
- 4-5 Carrots, Chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
- 2 lbs Grass fed Chopped Meat
- 2 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 8-10 Cabbage Leave, Tough core removed and blanched
- 1 (32 oz) can Diced Tomatoes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Saute onions and carrots until golden.
- Add chopped meat and garlic. Cook until aromatic.
- Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika, 1/2 can of tomatoes and rice.
- Put an ample amount of meat mixture into one cabbage leaf.
- Fold in the sides and roll like a burrito and then place in a baking dish.
- Pour the remaining can of tomatoes on top and bake for 30 minutes.

- Cook time: 45 minutes
- Total time: 1 hour
