Janet Hall’s Blueberry Cake
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, separated
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
blueberries
Directions
Beat egg whites, set aside.
Cream shortening, sugar, and egg yolks. Add flour mix alternatively.
Fold in vanilla and egg whites. Add bluberries. Sprinkle sugar on top.
