Mixed Greens
Cucumbers
Radishes
Tomatoes
Scallions
Parsley
Fresh garden mint (if available)

Dressing
dried sumac
salt and pepper
allspice
olive oil
fresh lemon juice

Directions

Mix the dressing, and all of the amounts are subject to taste.
As croutons, use toasts of pita bread.
