Cucumber Salad


  • 2-3 cucumbers
  • 1/4-1/2 of a lemon Juice
  • About 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • Small Bunch Dill


  1. Rinse and peel cucumbers. I like to leave some of the skin on.
  2. Thinly slice cucumbers into a bowl.
  3. Add yogurt, lemon, juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir and enjoy!
  • Prep time: 15 minutes
  • Total time: 15 minutes
