Ingredients

  • 2 stalks Brussel Sprouts
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Wash. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Put on a parchment paper lined roasting pan.
  3. Roast in upper portion of oven at 400 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. They should be browned, crispy and almost caramelized.
  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 20 - 30
  • Total time: 35 minutes
