Eva Kosmas is a food writer, food stylist and photographer.  But that's not what she expected to be doing. After growing up in Oregon, where her family ran a Greek restaurant, Eva left for LA to become a TV producer.  When she found herself cooking as an escape from a career that didn't match her kind, loving personality, she realized that food, cooking and blogging about it made her heart sing. And if Eva's Yiouvetsi doesn't have your mouth watering for some Greek comfort food, I don't know what will.
