Christopher Blair’s Crab Casserole

Carb Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Crab
  • 1/2 lb. Shrimp
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Chop vegetables. Saute lightly.
  3. Combine all ingredients. Top with bread crumbs, drizzle a stick of butter over crumbs.
  4. Bake covered 30 - 45 minutes, until bubbling at edges.
  5. Covering for 1st 1/2 hour will prevent crumbs from burning.
  6. Garnish with something fun.
  • Prep time: 20 minutes
  • Cook time: 30-45 minutes
  • Total time: 1 hour - 1 hour & 10 minutes

Yield: 8- 10 servings
