Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup soften butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups gluten free flour
  • 3 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mash six ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream sugar and softened butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add 4 well-beaten eggs.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient, and stir until well blended.
  5. Grease two loaf pans and add batter. Bake at 350 for about 1hr to 1hr and 10 minutes.
  6. Banana Bread will be done when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Enjoy!
