Ms Murky Mondays:
Changing the Way We Eat

TEDxManhattan - Changing the Way We Eat was an amazing and inspiring day. Two days later, I still feel the energy and am energized to be part of the revolution. Oh wait, I am already part of the revolution.  I buy local, grow some of my own veggies, belong to a CSA, raise chickens and cattle and am working on Heirloom Meals which embraces sustainable agriculture, cooking and family meals and exploring the old way of cooking and dining.

Here are some of the people who inspired me:  Laurie David, Ken Cook, Karen Hudson, William Li, Michel Nischan, Britta Riley, Melony Samuels, Josh Viertel to name a few - really - all the speakers were amazing, compelling and AWESOME!!

Stay tuned as I think about a project to enter into the TEDxManhattan Challenge!!

Here's the link to the webcast of the event.  Enjoy!!
