Soul with Mustard Caper Sauce


  • 1/2 lb Dover or Grey Sole Filets
  • 1 Tbsp Capers, Drained
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Tarragon
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cups Dijon Mustard


  1. Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the capers, tarragon, olive oil and mustard until well incorporated.
  3. Clean and dry the filets and place in a casserole baking dish.
  4. Spread the mustard sauce over the fish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Prep time: 10 minutes
  • Cook time: 15- 20 minutes
  • Total time: 30 minutes
